23rd December 2004 Windsurfing: Brog Wind Direction: SW/W Wind Stength: 25kts Surf / Sea State: 0.5m waves Air Temperature: 13 Sea Temperature: ? Weather: Sunny clouding over Max Speed: Distance Covered: Not been sailing for ages as we've not had much wind. I've been going to the gym once or twice a week, and it has done me good as I didn't feel out of shape at all, just very windsurf rusty. It took me ages to get the 1st dry gybe in, then I was doing them most of the time. Got a few good jumps in. Didn't get hot fingers as the air was so warm, but not having been since the clocks changed it was going to feel cold regardless. Some "kids" from Grafham were doing vulcans on the water (dream on Tim). Mike packed up after an hour, the excuse was gotta go, but really I think it was cryogenics. Neil was leaping high, and Geordie gave up too, apparently he'd been camping over night (mad git). Merry Xmas to all my readers! Who are you? |
